In the case of the clutch pedal to the end, the clutch should be able to completely separate, if the
clutch can not be completely separated, the clutch operating system should be checked.
The clutch operating system is realized by static pressure oil, so you should
fi
rst add static pressure
oil to the system and eliminate the air in the system. The adjustment method of the clutch operating
system is as follows:
a. Open the oil cup lid in the cab, and then add the brake oil to the oil cup, so that the oil level
height reaches 3/4 to 4/5 of the height of oil cup.
b. Open the rubber cover of de
fl
ation cap on the clutch slave cylinder according to the following
steps:

Continuously step on clutch pedal to the maximum stroke, until you feel heavy pedal force,
and then keep the clutch pedal static in the maximum stroke position.

）
Slightly unscrew the de
fl
ation cap on the clutch slave cylinder, the air bubbles spurt out from
the system, and then immediately screw tightly the de
fl
ation cap and release the clutch pedal.
Repeat the above steps until no air bubbles come from the brake
fl
uid. Pay attention to the height
of oil level in the oil cup, and all oil as required in a timely manner.
Steering form (see Figure 7-9) is mechanical and hydraulic power assisted steering. The driver
controls the vehicle through the steering wheel.
