The outrigger operation box is around the third and fourth axis, each one on the right and left side.
The right outrigger operation panel is shown in Figure 10-12, 1 is engine ignition switch; 2 is outrigger
light switch, which is used for lighting of outriggers during night work. 7 is the
fl
ameout switch; 8 is
the engine throttle switch, which can be pressed to increase the engine speed. When the engine throttle
switch is reset, the engine returns to the idle state.
The left outrigger operation box is shown in Figure 10-13. The function of left operation panel is
basically the same with the right operation panel, with the difference as follows: on the left panel, No.
5 in Figure 10-12 is changed into the right front outriggers vertical cylinder switch, No. 6 is changed
into the right rear outrigger vertical cylinder switch, No. 9 is changed into the left front outrigger swing
cylinder switch, No. 10 is changed into the left rear outrigger horizontal cylinder switch, No. 11 is
changed into the left front outriggers vertical cylinder switch, and No. 12 is changed into the left rear
outriggers vertical cylinder switch.
Press the power take-off switch in the cab, the power take off indicator light goes on, and then you
can operate the outriggers.
No. 1 in Figure 10-13 is a gradienter. When the level bubble of the gradienter is in the center
graticule line, it indicates that it has been leveling. Otherwise, you should continue to adjust the
outrigger control button until the vehicle is in the horizontal position, and then begin lifting operation
after inserting movable outriggers positioning pin. The swing, horizontal and vertical outrigger
switches can be separately operated, press the appropriate button up, outriggers retract, and press the
button down, the outriggers stretch out.
