2. Scrap

following circumstances occur:
a. Surface defects (such as crack, etc.)
affecting performance;
b. Wear of drum wall is up to 20% of the
original wall thickness.
The pulley should be scrapped when one of
the following conditions appears:
a. Surface defects (such as crack, etc.)
affecting performance;
Lifting reducer and slewing reducer are
equipped with brakes, but other mechanisms are
not equipped. When the brake parts are in one
of the following conditions, the parts should be
replaced or the brake should be scrapped:
1. The input end has oil leakage
phenomenon, oil seal damages, and the brake
oil seal needs to be replaced.

cient braking torque
a. Friction plate wear is serious and the
braking torque decreases, the friction plates
should be replaced.

b. Friction plate should be replaced due to
deformation.

c. Wheel groove wall wear thickness is up
to 20% of the original wall thickness,
d. Wheel groove bottom diameter reduction
