Field wiring connections for direct-wired mod-
els can be done in one of 2 ways:
• Using field-supplied conduit and wires.
• Using the Conduit with Junction Box Kit
accessory.
FIELD WIRING CONNECTIONS
1.
Disconnect power.
2.
Remove the PTAC/PTHP front cover us-
ing the thumbscrews.
3.
Route the incoming power supply through
suitable conduit to the PTAC/PTHP con-
trol box.
4.
Remove the 4 screws holding the control
box.
5.
Pivot the control box down, pull the chas-
sis pigtail wires into the control box, and
remove the bushing from the hole. The
field-supplied wires will be routed through
this hole.
