14. Grasp the bottom of the condenser under
the two end brackets, and carefully lift the
assembly until the bottom of each bracket
is positioned over the top edge of the
chassis pan. Carefully pull the condenser
back just far enough to clear the fan motor
assembly when it is removed.
18. Remove the three 3/8
″
hex-head screws
from the fan motor bracket and remove the
motor from the bracket.
15. Pull the evaporator fan off the front shaft of
the fan motor.
NOTE:
When you perform the following step,
be careful not to damage the thin metal vanes
of the condenser.
16. Lift the fan motor assembly and condenser
fan shroud, and pull the front motor shaft
out of the opening in the frame, then
remove the assembly from the unit.
17. Pull the condenser fan shroud and con-
denser fan off the motor.

REASSEMBLY NOTES:
• When reinstalling the condenser fan, posi-
tion the front edge of the blade so it is even
with the front edge of the shroud.

sure that the front edge of the collar is even
with the front end of the motor shaft.
