1. Press the SMDR CALL QUAL TIMER flex button

Description

The SMDR Call Qualification Timer determines the time needed to
determine a valid SMDR call for reporting purposes. By default, the SMDR
Call Qualification Timer is set to 30 seconds and is variable from
00-60 seconds in 1-second increments.
