Description
The Zap Tone feature enables ACD agents in the headset mode, to have
ACD calls connected to them automatically. The feature removes the
requirement for the agent to press the ON/OFF button to answer ACD
calls. ACD calls are connected when the agent is logged into any group
and is available. By default, this feature is disabled.
