as serious damage could occur to 
the electronic components.

 

 

All components and parts have been selected by Versum Materials, Inc. to be 
compatible with the gas or gases to which they may be exposed.  This is 
particularly critical for the softgoods (i.e. o‐rings, valves, seats and seals, etc.)  It is 
critical that replacement components and parts be identical to the original item to 
avoid hazardous malfunctions or leaks.  Consult Versum Materials, Inc. if there is 
any question about the part to be used and its compatibility with a particular gas
