To change the resolution for start or end time settings, change the value in
the Resolution box. For example, a resolution of of 10 minutes indicates that
you can adjust the backup window in 10 minute increments.
2. When the pointer is over the desired start time, press the left mouse button
and drag the pointer to the day and time when you want the backup
window to close. Release the button.
• The Start box now shows the day and time when the backup window
will open.
• The End box now shows when the backup window will close.
Note:
You can also create or adjust a backup window by using the Start and
End boxes. To do this, click on the day, time, or minute and then click the
arrows to set the desired value. To use the keyboard, tab to the Start box and
set it to the day where the window opens. Then use the up and down arrows
to set the Start and End times.
Specify enough time to allow all clients in the class to complete their
backups.
Also, allow extra time in case the schedule starts late due to factors such as
devices not being available. Otherwise, all backups may not be able to start.
The figure below shows two full-backup schedules, where the start time for
the second schedule is shortly after the end time for the previous schedule.
