Insight CTX Supervisor Guide 04/03

Print Report

If you have a color printer, Insight Reporter can produce color printouts.

Sample Agent Traffic Report

From the Reporter toolbar, select
File > New

...or click on the New Report icon.
The Request a New Report screen
displays (shown right).

Select the time period the report will cover (Start and Stop Times), the
Report Shift and the report template.

Note

The available Report Shifts are created from Configure Shift window. See
the Insight CTX Installation Manual for more details about creating and
editing shifts.

Click OK. The report should be compiled in a few minutes. A sample report
is shown in

Figure 3
