Wait time
Shows the time a call was waiting to be answered.
Wrap time
The length of time the agent was in wrap-up.

Percentage of time for which the agent was logged on.

Percentage of time each device was allocated to a particular activity, such as
answering incoming calls or making outgoing calls.
