Real Time Displays

This chapter covers setting up and interpreting Real Time Displays. These displays
provide immediate feedback on the activity of your call center; they update every
second. You can create custom templates using a variety of display windows.
Standardized colors indicate various alarm states and status conditions.
Real Time Displays are configured into templates. A template is a set of display
windows that can be viewed directly on the screen. Insight CTX supports four
templates, while the Insight CTX plus has an unlimited number of templates.
Create Real Time Displays
Real time displays are used to monitor activity in the call center during working hours.
You will want to determine how many and what type of the following displays you
would initially like to see. Refer to the table below for display types.
Table 1
describes all of the displays available with Insight CTX Plus. Insight CTX
provides a subset of these displays, shown in bold.
