Table 5 Report Filters
Filter
Only accepts calls that were:
Line
Connected to a specific line.
DID
Associated with a specific DID number.
Queue
Device in the switch that the ACD software uses to route calls correctly.
Extension
Connected to a specific extension.
Logged on Ext.
Taken by an agent logged on at the specified extension.
Agent
Connected to a specific agent.
Account Code
Attached to a specific account code
Line Group
Connected to lines within a specified line group.
DID Group
Associated with DID numbers within a specified DID group.
Queue Group
Collection of queues monitored by the Insight MIS. Queues can belong
to multiple queue groups if necessary. For each queue configured in the
system you can make one of the groups that it belongs to its default
group.
Extension Group
Connected to extensions within a specified extension group.
Logged on Ext. Grp
Taken by an agent logged on at an extension in the specified extension
group.
Agent Group
Connected to agents within a specified agent group.
Account Code Grp
Attached to an account code within a specified account code group.
Ext. Queue Grp
Inbound and finally queued to a specific extension group corresponding
to the Strata CTX (EG501 ~ EG516).
Queue
Inbound that ended up on a specific queue.
Dialed Digits
(requires Open
Architecture
Interface (OAI) Port)
Had inbound/outbound dialed digits that match a specified string.
Note The character * may be used at any point to denote that the filter
will accept dialed digit strings which are identical up to that point
but differ afterwards.
