• Optional paper end sensor
When the optional paper tray runs out of paper, the actuator for the optional paper end sensor
drops into the cutout in the paper lifting plate. This activates the optional paper end sensor and
the machine detects that the optional paper tray has run out of paper.
• Optional tray sensor
The machine detects that the optional paper tray is installed when the projection on the right side
of the optional paper tray pushes the optional tray sensor.
5.3.7 Exit Section
The exit section exits the paper sent from the fusing section by the RX feed roller. Paper exit sensor
detects the discharging paper.
