The TOMY Autoclave For Laboratory Use FLS-1000 has an inner vessel which is subject to 

very high temperature and pressure during the operation. If this FLS-1000 is installed or 

operated improperly, it may cause death or serious injury to the operator or people around, 

or cause severe damage to FLS-1000 or other property. Be sure to read this Operator’s 

Manual thoroughly before use, and follow its instructions and procedures for the proper use 

of FLS-1000.

This Operator’s Manual uses certain words and symbols to call attention to important safety 

and operational information. Safety indications are classified into “Warnings” and “Cautions”, 

depending on the level of potential injury to personnel or damage to the equipment.
