(1) Cover flap for the fill opening with color coding for the intended volatile anaesthetic
Color code for Desflurane
(2) Touchscreen with graphical user interface, divided into top bar, main section, and
bottom bar
(3) Turning knob with illuminated ring for selection, setting and confirmation:

Illuminated ring, green (rotary light) = dispensing of Desflurane active

Illuminated ring, off = no dispensing of Desflurane

Illuminated ring, flashing blue = pressing or turning the knob is required
(4) Status LED for display of power supply and alarms:

Green = mains power supply active

Off = no mains power supply

Blue = low-priority alarm active

Flashing yellow = medium-priority alarm active

Flashing red = high-priority alarm active
