The Internal Oxygen (O

) Sensor option provides a paramagnetic sensor
for O
2
concentration measurement and NO-NO
2
-NO
x
correction. This
option allows the user to correct the NO
x
readings for the amount of
oxygen in the sample. Selectable O
2
concentrations can be used as the
correction factor.
Figure 9–10 shows how this option is integrated with the 42iQLS.
