Use the following procedure to replace the mode valve, and optional
permeation oven valve and lag valve.

Equipment Required:

Phillips drive, #1

Turn the instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the
cover (

Unplug mode valve (J5), lag valve (J6), and perm valve (J7) from step
board 1 or 2.
