4WD/DIFF-LOCK RELAY
• Remove the seat. (

• Remove the 4WD/diff-lock relay

First, check the continuity between
A
and
D
, between
D
and
F
terminals with the multi-circuit tester.
Check the insulation between
A
and
E
, between
E
and
F
.
Apply 12 V to the terminals
C
and
E
(
+
to
E
and
-
to
C
),
check the insulation between
D
and
F
.
Apply 12 V to the terminals
B
and
E
(
+
to
E
and
-
to
B
),
check the insulation between
A
and
D
.
If any abnormality is found, replace the 4WD/diff-lock relay with
a new one.

DIFF-LOCK RELAY
First, check the insulation between
A
and
B
terminals with the
multi-circuit tester. Then apply 12 V to terminals
C
and
D
(
+
to
C
and
-
to
D
) and check the continuity between
A
and
B
. If
there is no continuity, replace the diff-lock relay with a new one.
