• Remove the spring seat

and O-rings

• Remove the pins

and rollers

• Remove the movable driven face

• Remove the oil seals

and

from the movable driven face.

NOTE:
If there are abnormal conditions, the oil seals removal are not
necessary.

MOVABLE DRIVEN FACE SPRING INSPECTION

• Measure the spring free length with the vernier calipers.
• If the length is shorter than the service limit, replace the spring

with a new one.

Movable driven face spring free length:
