with a suitable tool.

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the lip of oil seal.

• Install the oil seal cap

with the special tool.

09924-52460: Long socket (52 mm)

2WD/4WD SHIFTING DEVICE

• Install the 2WD/4WD shifting fork

, onto the groove of the

2WD/4WD shifting sleeve

• Apply front differential gear oil to the 2WD/4WD sifting fork

shaft

• Install the 2WD/4WD sifting fork shaft

• Install the shim(s) to the case and cover.

The removed oil seal must be replaced with a new one.
