INSTALLATION

Install the exterior parts in the reverse order of removal.
Pay attention the to following points.

• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK “1342” to the front

grip bar mounting bolts.

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”

• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK “1342” to the front

carrier mounting bolts.

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”

• Apply a small quantity THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303” to the

footrest mounting bolts, and tighten them to the specified
torque.

99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303”

Footrest mounting bolt (M8):

26 N·m (2.6 kgf-m, 19.0 lb-ft)

(M10): 55 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
