Inspect the rear output shaft

If distortion is found, replace the rear output shaft with a new

GEAR INSPECTION

Inspect the rear output shaft drive bevel gear

shaft drive gear

 and rear output shaft driven bevel gear

wear or damage.
If any defects are found, replace the drive and driven bevel
gears as a set.

BEARING INSPECTION

Rotate the inner race by finger to inspect for abnormal play,
