Chapter 9. Alarms and Events
This section will guide the user through the detection setup and digital Inputs for
detecting alarm conditions, the setup of digital outputs and alarm pop-ups and
notifications, as well as the setup of alarm rules and schedules.
9.1. Alarm Rules
VMS Client provides robust alarm handling features.
To access these features click
to bring out
VMS Setup
window and select
Alarm
and then
Rules
.
In the Alarm Rules, you can combine the alarm trigger conditions with action items
such as event notification, video recording, and/or camera movements. Multiple alarm
rules can be created using the following elements:
