Transporting loads
NOTE
Observe the information in the chapter entitled
"Safety regulations when driving".
DANGER
The higher a load is lifted, the less stable it be-
comes. The truck can tip over. The load can fall.
There is an increased risk of accidents.
Driving with a raised load and the lift mast tilted for-
ward is not permitted.

Only drive with the load lowered.
–
Lower the load until ground clearance is reached
(not over 300 mm).

Only drive with the lift mast tilted backwards.
–
Drive slowly and carefully around corners.

Always accelerate and brake gently.
