Instructions for IsoAir 310P Configuration
Router Configuration
Before proceeding with the instrument configuration, ensure that the wireless router
is configured and working properly. After the router is configured, test it by connecting
to it with a laptop. Make sure that communications between the laptop and the
wireless router can be done using a fixed IP address.
If necessary, obtain help from the local IT personnel to do the router setup and testing.
Neglecting this preparation, will likely result in a substantial portion of anguish and
frustration.
Steps for IsoAir 310P Wi-Fi Configuration
The steps for configuring the IsoAir 310P into Wi-Fi mode are described in the following
sections:

Set the IsoAir 310P into Wi-Fi mode and select an IP address for the instrument
•
Set the IsoAir 310P into Wi-Fi mode and select an IP address for the instrument
NOTE:
This same IP address will be set in the Wi-Fi bridge.
>> To set Wi-Fi mode and select an IP address:

Attach the IsoAir 310P instrument to HyperTerminal.

Put the instrument into Wi-Fi mode by typing the command
set inst wifi 1

Set the IP address by typing the command
set ip
aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd

Save the parameters to EEPROM by typing the command
write
.
The sensor will re-boot after the write
.
After the IsoAir 310P instrument re-boots, the IP parameters will be configured to talk
to the Wi-Fi bridge.
