Symptom
Data of the “Memory Stick” cannot
be read by the Remote Commander
or data of the Remote Commander
cannot be written to the “Memory
Stick.”
When an Alias component is read
from a “Memory Stick”, the keys for
the component do not operate
though they are shown in the
display.
When skins and labels of a
component edited with “NAVITUS
Design” are read to the Remote
Commander using a “Memory
Stick”, the setting contents cannot
be reflected.
Remedy
• The size of the data saved on the “Memory
Stick” is larger than the free memory space of
the Remote Commander. Delete unnecessary
pages, etc., using “NAVITUS Design”, and save
the file again. Then read the “Memory Stick”
on the Remote Commander again.
• When you are trying to read all environment
data or preset data and its image data, if the
version of the data on the Remote Commander
is newer than that of the “Memory Stick” to be
read, you cannot update the data. Read a newer
version than that on the Remote Commander.
• When you are trying to read component data, if
the preset version on the Remote Commander
is older than that of the “Memory Stick” to be
read, you cannot add the data by reading.
Update the preset version on the Remote
Commander to the latest, and then read again.
• Make sure that the write-protect tab of the
“Memory Stick” is not set to “LOCK.”
• When an Alias component is read from a
“Memory Stick”, linking is disconnected and
the setting contents cannot be read. Edit again
with the Remote Commander by learning or
programming a macro in the setting mode.
• You may have written data to a “Memory
Stick” as component data. If component data is
read, the skin setting cannot be read. Write data
again to a “Memory Stick” as full data.
