Chapter 1

Turning the System On/Off

Setting the System (Compact Conference Package) to
be on Standby

When the system is on standby, you can turn the system on
with the

button on the Remote Commander.

Notes

• Do not turn off the POWER switch on the rear panel while

the menu is displayed on the monitor screen.

• When you have installed the optional PCS-I152 LAN Board,

and holding a meeting on a LAN, the Compact Processor on
standby cannot receive a call.

Press the

button on the Remote Commander.

The indication “POWER OFF Are you sure?” appears on
the monitor screen.

Press the

button on the Remote Commander.

Both the Compact Processor and the TV monitor are
turned into standby.
The STANDBY lamp (orange) lights up.

To cancel turning into standby

Press the CANCEL button on the Remote Commander in step
