Item Setting Description
Level _ 99 to 99 Sets the reference level (target value of concentration) for auto iris.
The greater the value, the level becomes up.
APL Ratio _ 99 to 99 Sets the mixing ratio of APL (average level) and peak level for auto
iris.
The greater the value, the APL mixing ratio becomes up.

Item Setting Description
DA Sel ON/OFF Sets ON/OFF the function to forcibly turn ON the DA converter
(normally OFF) during super motion operations.
VBS Sel ON/OFF Sets ON/OFF the function to output the VBS signal from the
TEST OUT terminal.
This cannot be set when DA Sel is set to OFF.
Monitor Sel ON/OFF Sets ON/OFF the function to output the monitor output signal
from the TEST OUT terminal.
This cannot be set when DA Sel is set to OFF.
