1-5-5. TEST OUT Connector

When opening the side panel during or immediately after use of the unit, be careful as the board panel is
very hot and touching it may result in burns. When opening the side panel to perform inspections and
adjustments, turn off the power and wait 10 minutes for the unit to cool down first.

Refer to Section 1-8 for details on disconnecting/connecting the flexible card wire.
1.
Remove the both side panels. (Refer to Section 1-4 in the Installation and Maintenance Manual.)
2.
Remove the all plug-in boards from the camera.
3.
Remove the PR-249, PR-248 and DA-143 boards. (Refer to Section 1-10-2.)
4.
Disconnect the harness connector from the CN15 connector on the MB-830 board, and remove a
screw.
5.
Separate the chassis assembly and base chassis assembly. (Refer to steps 1 to 4 of Section 1-5-1.)
6.
Disconnect the harness connectors from the CN1 and CN3 connectors on the SW-1010 board.
7.
Unfasten the connector cap from the connector.
8.
Remove the three screws, and remove the connector bracket.

At this step, net (TEST OUT) comes off together.
9.
Desolder the TEST OUT connector.
10. Remove the nut to remove the TEST OUT connector.
11. Install a new TEST OUT connector in the reverse order of removal.
