3-3-14. Burst Adjustment
Equipment: Vectorscope, Waveform monitor
Test point: TEST OUT connector/side panel
Preparations
. Extend the EN-141 board with the extension board (EX-762 board assembly or EX-464.)
. Connect the vectorscope and waveform monitor the TEST OUT connector/side panel.
. Disconnect the triax cable or optical fiber cable from CCU.

Supply power from the AC adaptor (AC-550/550CE).

. Turn PHASE control on the vectorscope so that the beam line of burst signal matches the B-Y axis.
Adjustment procedures
1. Adj. point: 1 RV604 (BST PHASE) /EN-141 board
Specification: The beam spot of I signal matches the I axis and the beam spot of Q signal matches
the Q axis. [NTSC]
The beam spot of bust signals match the each burst axis. [PAL]
2. Adj. point:
1
RV603 (BST LEV) /EN-141 board
Specification: A = 40 IRE [NTSC]
A = 300 mV [PAL]
