11.3. Editing an entry in the PhoneBook
The following method should be used for altering any of the settings of a particular
PhoneBook entry. If you just wish to alter the title of the PhoneBook entry, then
use the [Rename Phone #] option.
In the Cut-List Mode press the MENU button. Select [Setup], [PhoneBook] and
then [Edit Phone #] :
This then presents you with a list of the phone numbers that are currently stored :
Select the desired entry to alter its properties including the communication method,
the protocol type, the phone number and the script file (See section 11.1 for further
information) :
Select [Save] to save over the current entry, [Save As] to save the current settings
as a new entry or [Close] to exit without saving.
