10-2 Courier User Handbook
10.1.1.1. Unit power status
The unit power status is updated to show how Courier is sourcing power. The
message displayed is from one of the following :

Description
Battery
n.nnV
Power from the external battery. The battery voltage is
shown. This display is also shown when the battery is
being charged – movement of the bar-graph indicates
charging in this case.
Battery
Low
Power from the external battery. Battery is low and should
be replaced as soon as possible.
Battery
Ext Pwr
The battery has finished its charge cycle and the external
DC supply is still connected.
No Bat
Ext Pwr
The battery has been removed. Power is being supplied by
the external DC supply.
Replace
Battery
The battery is exhausted and is unable to provide power.
Replace immediately or use external DC power. This is a
final warning, issued after the low battery warning - total
power loss is imminent.
Int.
Battery
Power from the internal battery. This occurs if the unit was
on and the power source, either DC or battery, was
removed. A replacement battery or DC power should be
connected as soon as possible.
Battery
Faulty
Battery voltage is excessive. Battery may be faulty.
Ext Pwr
Low
External DC power is present but the voltage is below 9V.
