7.3.5.2 Hot Swap LED
The SAM1620-D provides a blue hot swap LED. This LED indicates when it is safe to
remove the SAM1620-D from a live shelf.
The software running on the shelf manager mezzanine is responsible for turning the LED
on/off using the GPIOs on the ShMC.
