10. Secure the RTM to the switch blade by tightening the captive screw on the front panel
using a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Torque to 0.3 N-m/2.65 in-lbs.
11. Close the lower handle of the front blade to power up the payload of both the front
blade and the RTM.
The blue LEDs of both the front blade and the RTM start to flash. This indicates
that the front blade is informing the shelf manager about its desire to power up the
payload of both the front switch blade and the RTM.
12. Tighten the two handle screws on the RTM.
13. Wait until the blue LEDs of both the switch blade and the RTM are OFF.
NOTE: An OFF blue LED indicates that the payload of the respective blade or RTM has
been powered up and is active.
14. Plug the interface cable into face plate connectors, if applicable.
