Rail mounting

Basic unit

WARNING

Risk of electric shock
Before starting installation work of any kind, the main switch of the system must be opened

and measures taken to prevent it from being reclosed. If this instruction is not observed,

touching live parts can result in death or serious injury.

When installing in a control cabinet, basic devices can be snapped onto standard mounting

rails (see Chapter Mechanical system (Page 237)).
Position the device with the mounting rail guide at the upper edge of the standard mounting

rail and press down to lock it into place.
If it is difficult to snap it into place, simultaneously press the slider

using a screwdriver
