2.4.1

Overview of SIMOTION panel fronts

The SIMOTION panel front is a control unit for use with SIMOTION P products. It is used in

conjunction with the SIMOTION P320-3 computing unit and is designed for highly

demanding tasks in PC-based automation applications.
The panel can be operated in a distributed configuration (separated from the computing unit)

via the Panel PC Remote Kit.

Product brief

SIMOTION panel fronts are available with various device fronts. The difference between the

variants lies in their support of operation with a membrane keyboard or operation with a

touch screen.
The keyboard and touch screen variants are available.
