In the OPM system technique select the node
Redundancy buffer
under
C4:CP-2017/PCCX25
The redundancy buffer is used to avoid the loss of data during the occurrence of an
error/failure until the redundancy switchover is complete.

Mirror Parameters
Mirror parameters can be copied from the Original-BSE to the Image-BSE, if the following
conditions are fulfilled:
Both elements of the redundancy pair are each already separately configured.
The entire system-technical parameterization on the first CPU of the redundancy pair is
completed (here: C4 of the redundancy pair
C4/C5-CPU.
The entire system-technical parameterization (parameters, which must have different values
for every BSE, such as e.g. addressing) is completed for both elements of the BSE pair (in
other words C4 and C5 of the redundancy pair
C4/C5-CPU).
Please note, that parameters for interfaces (e.g.: IP-addresses, baud rates, etc…) must be set
separately for each interface (these are
not
taken into consideration during copying of the
mirror parameters)!
