If a NTP server is not present in the SICAM AK Redundancy system, you must configure the

For synchronizing the local time when a NTP server is connected to the system, you must set

SICAM AK Response Timeout
The parameter
AK response timeout
defines the waiting time of CP-6010 to get a response
from SICAM AK.
It is recommended to set the
AK response timeout
based on the network traffic existing in
the substation automation system.
The preferred response time is from 100 ms to 5 s. The default time is 2 s.

“Voter to SICAM AK A” and “Voter to SICAM AK B” represents the
Control message
of the
system. These messages define the decisions of Voter and to make SICAM AK as active and
passive. They contain the status information of the voter, as for instance the position of the
key switch.
“SICAM AK A to Voter” and “SICAM AK B to Voter” represents the
Return information
message
of the system. These messages define the active/passive status of SICAM AK and
the priority of the errors.
