Configuration of Priority Messages in SICAM AK
This section describes the engineering for the voting in the system SICAM AK.
2.6.1
Priority Logic
2.6.1.1 Overview
The CP-6010 works on the principle by comparing the error messages based on the priority
settings in the both systems SICAM AK. SICAM AK sends the priority messages to CP-6010
and the CP-6010 compares the errors from both systems SICAM AK to determine the active
SICAM AK.
If multiple errors shall get the same priority, this must be modeled in SICAM AK using the
CAEx
plus
tool of the SICAM TOOLBOX II.
2.6.1.2 CAEx plus
You can assign one or more error scenarios (such as communication, board failure,
communication fault, system element fault) that are listed in the error type of the signals
assigned in the Process Technique. These signals can be assigned to any of the IOAs of the
IEC 60870-5-104 protocol which is mentioned in Appendix
You can find more details on configuring the CAEx
plus
in the TOOLBOX II CAEx
plus
Online
Help.
The following example shows how to add multiple errors to a single IOA using CAEx
plus
. You
can add any number of errors to one priority alarm and use that for voting by the CP-6010. In
this example, any errors on C09 PRE1 (
Communication failure
and
Communication
fault
), trigger a priority message (IOA: 528) from SICAM AK to CP-6010.
