You can configure the UPS in the [Power Options Properties] dialog box.
The [Power Options Properties] dialog box opens.
When the digital video recorder is connected to a UPS, the dialog box shows the [Alarms] tab.
The settings on the [Alarm] tab appear.
The [Upgrade] dialog box opens.
The [Browse for Folder] dialog box opens.

The files to be updated appear in the [Upgrade] dialog box.
Connecting an UPS to the digital video recorder causes the system to perform the operations in the event of a power failure.
1) Switches the power supply to the connected UPS and beeps if the [Low battery alarm] or [Critical battery alarm] value is reached.
2) Saves the data currently in memory to the hard disk.
3) Shuts down the digital video recorder if the battery runs out.
The history of these operations is saved as operation logs.
