Select the [Use TEXT Device] check box.
Now, you can enter device settings.
Assign an ID number (01 to 16) to the text input device by selecting from the pull-down menu.
Type a name for the text input device.
In the [Related Camera] setting, click the button (labeled as "None", by default).
The [Select linked camera] setting dialog box appears.
Select the camera that works in conjunction with the text input device during Text recording.
You can select more than one camera.

Selects all camera numbers.

Deselects all camera numbers.

Cancels the settings and closes the dialog box.
Click the camera number you want to link to the text input device.
This links the camera number to alarm input. You can select more than one camera number.
Click .
The dialog box closes. The button in the [Related Camera] setting now shows the setting ("None," camera No., or "All").
In the [Record Mode] setting, select the recording mode of the digital video recorder.
Setting options:
All Transaction:
Records text information included in all receipts.
Event Trigger Text:
Records text information only if event text is detected in receipts.
In the [Preset] setting, select the preset name of the text input device from the pull-down menu.
Specify the system behaviors when a receipt is issued by selecting or deselecting the check box for each behavior.
