In the [Event text] setting, type an event trigger keyword in the upper box.
You can specify two or more keywords.
When finished, Click
. Then, the text is listed in order in the lower box.
To delete a keyword, select it in the lower box and Click
.
In the [Alarm] section, click the button (labeled as
by default).
The [Select linked alarm from camera] setting dialog box appears.
In this dialog box, select the alarm OUT number of the terminal, from which you want to output an alarm signal when the event trigger keyword(s) is detected.
You can select more than one camera.

Selects all alarm OUT numbers.

Deselects all alarm OUT numbers.

Saves the settings and closes the dialog box.

Cancels the settings and closes the dialog box.
When finished, Click

The dialog box closes. The button in the [Alarm] setting now shows the setting ("None," alarm OUT No., or "All").
Configure other linked operation
Configure other actions you want to trigger if event trigger text is detected.
Select the check box for each action you want to trigger. You can select more than one action.
Remote sending:
Select this check box to enable the transmission of text information included in each receipt on which event text is detected to networked personal computers.
Email sending:
Select this check box to enable the transmission of text information included in each receipt on which event text is detected via E-mail.
Beeping:
Select this check box to enable the beeping of the alarm buzzer when event text is detected.

You can specify the destination address(es) of this E-mail in the [E-Mail address] field(s) in the Communication settings.
To record monitoring video using event text as the alarm trigger, you need to set a Text recording schedule in Schedule settings.
Performing a Text search on the SEARCH screen allows you to search for specific video and text by using keywords from among the data recorded in Text recording.
