Camera states such as the orientation and zoom magnification can be registered as preset positions. You can register up to 12 preset positions.
Click the camera's video.
The video image is now displayed in a single-screen layout.
Click .
The button is now highlighted.
Select the Registration check box.
Set the camera orientation using the PAN/TILT controller.
Adjust also the zoom, focus, and iris settings as required.
Select a preset number.
The selected preset number is used to register camera states such as the current orientation and zoom magnification as a preset position.
Click
and deselect the Registration check box.
The button returns to the normal display (no more highlighted). The preset position has been registered.
Before performing PTZ operations, configure the [Protocol] setting in the Camera settings accessible from the SETTINGS screen.
The features you can control using the Camera Control panel depend on the camera model.
