Purpose: 

 Determines the information to send in real time to the SIO port regarding the UCD 

queue status or UCD agent status.  
 
The options are: UCD VIEW SERVICE (enable/disable) and SEND AGENT STATE (yes/no). 
 

Note: To use this information, a special PC application is required. This is not supplied by Samsung.
