Purpose

:  Assigns each display keyset as DISPLAY or NON-DISPLAY. In order to be able 

to use the Text Messaging feature, a display keyset must be programmed as a DISPLAY 
keyset. The Text Messaging feature allows two programmed DISPLAY keysets to send text 
messages between them when one is attempting to camp-on a call or voice announce to the 
other when the latter is busy.
