27. QoS
Quality of Service support on the system is IEEE802.1p based priority. This feature
provides more than 4 level priority queues, queue scheduling (WRR and strict),
DSCP (Diffserv), and TOS (IP Precedence). Also supports the enabling/disabling
of DSCP/TOS priority and provides traffic class table.

Output queue supports 4 levels (Highest, High, Normal, & Low). Q0 is low queue.
