Layer 2 Functional Specifications
20. SNTP Client
Supports server IP, polling interval, time zone, and display current time.
21. SYSLOG
Supports log to remote host and console logging parameters.
22. DHCP
Client supported DHCP functionality is allowed on the system.
23. IGMP snooping v1, v2
Users can register multicast groups by report and deregister by exit. The system
supports up to 256 dynamic groups and up to 256 static multicast groups.
24. STP
The STP feature supports enabled/disabled forwarding of BPDU frame when STP
is disabled. Also supports 802.1s multiple spanning trees with the force version
to compatible 802.1d stp and 802.1w rstp. Up to 31 mstp instances and one
default instance are supported on the system.
25. MIB
The system supports the following standards: MIB2, BridgeMIB, EtherlikeMIB, P-
bridgeMIB, Q-bridgeMIB, InterfaceMIB, LLDP-MIB, LLDP-EXT-DOT1-MIB, LLDP-
EXT-DOT3-MIB, TCP-MIB, RSTP-MIB, RMON-MIB, RMON2-MIB, RADIUS-AUTH-
CLIENT-MIB, RADIUS-ACC-CLIENT-MIB, IEEE8021-PAE-MIB, LAG-MIB,
RFC1158-MIB, ANA-ADDRESS-FAMILY-NUMBERS-MIB, IANAifType-MIB, IANA-
RTPROTO-MIB, SNMPv2-TC, SNMPv2-SMI, and SNMPv2-MIB.
26. CLI / GUI (Web)
Both Command Line Interface and Web (Graphical User Interface) are supported
on the system.
