SNMP Community Settings
System Admin > SNMP Config > SNMP Community Settings
The SNMP Community Settings menu item creates, configures, and displays SNMP
community settings.
SNMP Community Settings
■
Community Index: Sets the community access ID for SNMP v1 & v2c and it must be
unique for every SNMP community table. May be up to 32 characters.
■
Community Name: Sets the community name. May be up to 32 characters.
■
Security Name: Sets the security name.
■
Transport Tag: Sets the transport tag name. If the tag is “none”, it is ignored for
matching. Default none.
■
Context Name: Sets the name of the SNMP context. Default setting is “default”.
SNMP Community Table: Displays a list of communities and their access settings. This
feature also allows you to delete community settings.
