Query the DL and UL channel raster offsets resulting from the in-band mode or guard-
band mode settings.
For the standalone mode, the channel raster offset is zero.
Return values:

Selects whether the signaling application ignores received preambles or not.
Parameters:
<NoResponse> OFF | ON
OFF : respond to received preambles
ON : ignore received preambles
